About us

Gerben De Schuiteneer is a certified acupuncturist trained in the SAAT method (Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment) by Dr. Nader Soliman in the United States. After successfully treating himself for MCAS and severe food intolerances, he built his practice around guiding others toward lasting recovery.

By combining his knowledge of Chinese medicine, auriculotherapy, and SAAT, he aims to naturally balance the immune system. Read more about his personal journey…

After a life full of allergies and food intolerances, Gerben De Schuiteneer began a long search for a solution that not only alleviated the symptoms but was truly sustainable. His journey first led him to Chinese medicine, where he delved into acupuncture – a discipline he continues to practice with great passion.

Within acupuncture, the body can be supported to better respond to stimuli and restore balance, but he noticed that the results were often not lasting. This motivated him to keep searching. He underwent treatments such as NAET and the Total Reset method, which certainly have value, but often required many sessions and the effects were usually short-lived.

To deepen his knowledge, he pursued additional training, including auriculotherapy. In his practice, he saw excellent results, but the direct connection between allergies, food intolerances, and MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) was insufficiently addressed. He felt that something was still missing — a method that tackles the root cause rather than merely easing the reaction.

The real breakthrough came when he went to the United States, where he was personally trained by Dr. Nader Soliman, the founder of the SAAT method (Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment). This method combines the insights of Eastern medicine with a modern, scientifically grounded approach to allergies and sensitivities. SAAT focuses on restoring immune system balance through highly precise stimulation points in the ear, allowing the body to reprogram itself and release sensitivities permanently.

During his training with Dr. Soliman, he was deeply impressed by the results achieved with this technique. For example, a scientific study on the Alpha-gal syndrome – a complex meat allergy – showed that 96% of participants went into complete remission and experienced no symptoms after SAAT treatment. Such figures are exceptionally rare in science, reinforcing his belief that he had finally found what he had been searching for all these years.

He first applied the SAAT method to himself – and it changed everything. The symptoms of MCAS and his food intolerances, which had dominated his daily life for years, disappeared completely. To this day, he remains symptom-free – a feeling that still seems almost unreal. For the first time, he no longer has to worry about what he eats or how his body will react.

This personal transformation clarified his mission: to help others experience the same freedom. Today, he combines his background in Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and auriculotherapy with the power of SAAT to guide people toward a balanced life – free from allergies, food intolerances, and the limitations they bring.
